Welcome to the OHDSI Community Dashboard

Observational Health Data Sciences and Informatics (OHDSI) is an open science community. OHDSI's mission is to improve health by empowering a community to collaboratively generate the evidence that promotes better health decisions and better care. The OHDSI Community Dashboard is a tool to highlight the progress we are making toward this mission and the collective accomplishments and impact of our community. A goal of the dashboard is help our community identify how members can see the OHDSI eco-system as an interconnected system to make a larger impact. We hope you find these tools useful staying up to date with all the activities in OHDSI as well as finding new colleagues in our community to collaborate with. Dashboards are developed to represent various aspects of the OHDSI community activities.

Publication dashboard: PubMed Publication Tracking highlights scholarship generated the using OMOP Common Data Model, OHDSI tools, or the OHDSI network. These publications represent scientific accomplishments across areas of data standards, methodological research, open-source development, and clinical applications. In addition to providing a resource to search and browse the catalogue of OHDSI-related publications by date, author, title, journal, and MeSH terms, we provide summary statistics to monitoring the impact of our community, including number of publications, number of citations, and the growth and diversity of our community, including number of distinct authors on OHDSI-related publications.

Youtube dashboard: Youtube Tracking leverages the Google Youtube Data API and highlights videos released across the OHDSI Youtube Channels. These videos are intended to serve two purposes. The first is these videos provide users a great source of training on learning how to conduct observational research. The second purpose is to keep our community aware of the latest activities within our open science community.
